RYAN MEISINGER
PITCHING COACH - THE PERFORMANCE LAB
The Performance Lab proudly welcomes Ryan Meisinger as the newest addition to the pitching department. Ryan brings over 10 years of professional baseball experience, having played for six organizations — four of which included time at the Major League level. He currently serves as a pitching coach within the Minnesota Twins organization, where he continues to develop arms inside a professional system.
Ryan’s decade in pro baseball exposed him to elite training environments, high-performance standards, and the daily preparation required to compete at the highest level. Having experienced both the grind of the minor leagues and the pressure of the big leagues, he understands what separates good pitchers from sustainable, durable professionals.
His coaching philosophy reflects that background — structured throwing plans, intentional bullpen design, velocity development rooted in movement efficiency, and arm care systems built for long-term health. Ryan works closely with pitchers to align their weekly programming with real game schedules, emphasizing preparation, recovery, and execution under competitive pressure.
At TPL, Ryan leads pitching development with a pro-level lens. From bullpen choreography and velocity tracking to in-season workload management and mechanical refinement, his approach mirrors what athletes encounter inside professional organizations. His goal is simple: give developing pitchers access to the structure, communication, and standards typically reserved for professional baseball.
Ryan’s addition strengthens TPL’s commitment to high-level, evidence-based player development — bringing big league experience directly into the training environment.
